Automatic cutting center, with CNC front blade, 3 controlled axes, dedicated to the cutting of profiles in aluminium, PVC and light alloys in general. Automatically executes predefined and optimized cutting lists. It can make the blunt cut on both sides of the profile. This machine is designed to perform cuts with angles from 45° to 135°, manual loading and automatic unloading magazine on the opposite side. The piece unloading magazine is equipped with an automatic tilting and translation system that allows you to work continuously, reducing the cycle time. Furthermore, the warehouse allows the accumulation of finished pieces while a sensor, which signals the full warehouse. Configurable with customizable horizontal or vertical drilling units for specific automatic processes.
